Diamond Decks & Pools Inc. (“Diamond Decks & Pools,” “Diamond,” “we,” “us” or “our”) respects your privacy. This policy explains how we handle personal information when you visit our website, request an estimate, communicate with us or engage us for an outdoor living project.

When you request an estimate or contact us, we may collect:

• The project type and estimated budget range you select.

• Photos, plans, measurements, permit information or other documents you later send to us.
• Communications and records relating to estimates, contracts, change requests, payments, warranties and service.

Our forms are not intended to collect highly sensitive information. Please do not send government identification numbers, financial account credentials, health information or other sensitive records unless we specifically request them for a legitimate purpose and provide an appropriate way to send them.

When you visit the website, our servers and website providers may automatically receive limited technical information such as your IP address, browser and device type, operating system, referring page, pages requested, date and time, approximate region, error information and website performance data. This information is used to deliver and secure the website, diagnose issues and understand general website use.

If you contact us through a social platform, referral source, supplier or other third party, we may receive the information you choose to provide through that channel. Public reviews displayed on our website may include the reviewer name, rating, date and review text supplied by the original review platform.

The current website uses the following services:

• Trustindex: used on certain pages to display public reviews. When a Trustindex widget loads, Trustindex may receive technical information in accordance with its privacy policy.
• WordPress and Ninja Forms: used to operate the website and process estimate requests. Form submissions are transmitted to Diamond and may be stored within the website system and related business email or record systems.

You can manage cookies through your browser settings. Blocking some technologies may affect website functionality. If we introduce materially different analytics, advertising or tracking technologies, we will update this policy and request consent where required.

Diamond does not sell or rent personal information. We may disclose information in limited circumstances, including to:

• Website hosting, form processing, email, information technology, security, backup, analytics and review-display providers.
• Designers, consultants, suppliers, subcontractors, trades, inspectors or permit professionals when reasonably necessary to estimate, plan or deliver a requested project.

Service providers are authorized to use personal information only as needed to provide their services or as otherwise permitted by law. We seek to limit disclosures to the information reasonably required for the relevant purpose.

Information may remain temporarily in protected backup systems until those backups are overwritten or securely retired.
